ProBurr puzzle
Six notched sticks that lock into a cross, proven to go together before you cut them.
Type a child's name and get chunky letters that drop into their own pockets in a tray.

In short: A child's name as chunky letters that drop into their own pockets in a tray, with an animal or two. Letters can overlap and lock together like jigsaw pieces.
A personalised name puzzle: each letter of the name is a chunky piece that drops into its own pocket in a tray, with an animal head or two (bear, cat, bunny, mouse or owl) as extra pieces. Accented names work.
The pieces are glued up from several sheets so they are thick enough for small hands to pick up, and the top sheet carries the engraving: an animal's face, or the filled middle of letters like A, B and O. Letters can also overlap and lock together like jigsaw pieces, for a harder puzzle.
Every fit between piece and pocket is checked, so the letters drop in without forcing.
You need: plywood, glue, and child-safe paint or stain if you colour it. Small parts are a choking hazard: size the letters for the child's age and supervise play.
All of these can be changed in the app, and the 3D preview updates as you type. The name under each setting
is its key in a share link, e.g. https://laserpuzzle.app/app/#/name-puzzle?text=…; a link only
needs the settings that differ from the defaults.
