ProDump truck
A tipper with a rock body that tips back on a hinge and a hitch for trailers.
Push-toy cars, vans, jeeps and buses at any scale, with wheels that really roll.

In short: Parametric toy car from presets (sedan, hatchback, sports, jeep, pickup, van, bus) at a chosen scale: side plates, a chain of tabbed body panels, steel-rod axles in bearing holes and laminated wheels with blind hub caps. No input drawing needed.
Pick a preset (sedan, hatchback, sports car, jeep, pickup, van or bus) and a scale, and the generator draws a complete push toy: two side plates, a chain of tabbed body panels between them, laminated wheels with blind hub caps, and bearing holes for steel-rod axles. At 1:36 a sedan comes out about 13 cm long.
The wheels are slightly larger than true scale by default, so the toy rolls well on a table and has room for fingers. A groove in the middle wheel layer takes an O-ring or rubber band as a tyre, and small spacer rings keep the wheels from rubbing on the body. Doors, lights, grilles and windows are engraved or cut, your choice.
Every vehicle can tow every trailer: a peg on a tongue at the rear takes a trailer's drawbar ring, and trailers get a support foot so they stand on their own.
You need: 3 mm plywood (or whatever you set), steel rod for the axles, and glue. Cut the fit test first to find the press-fit and running-fit holes for your rod.

All of these can be changed in the app, and the 3D preview updates as you type. The name under each setting
is its key in a share link, e.g. https://laserpuzzle.app/app/#/vehicle?preset=…; a link only
needs the settings that differ from the defaults.
| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
Vehicle typepreset | sedan | Options: sedan, hatchback, sports, jeep, pickup, van, bus, trailer-box, trailer-flatbed, trailer-container, trailer-caravan. |
Scale 1:Nscale | 36 | Real-world dimensions are divided by N. 1:36 makes a ~13 cm sedan. From 5 to 200. |
Model lengthlength | 0 mm | Overrides the scale to fit this length (0 = use scale). From 0 to 1000 mm. |
Toy proportionstoy_proportions | on | Wheels 1.35x larger than scale: rolls better and leaves room for the axle. |
Body widthwidth | 0 mm | Width of the body between the wheels (0 = from preset and scale). From 0 to 500 mm. |
| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
Wheel diameterwheel_diameter | 0 mm | 0 = from preset and scale. From 0 to 200 mm. |
Wheel layerswheel_layers | 3 | Layers per wheel including the blind outer cap (plus the hub spacer). From 2 to 3. |
Tyre groovetyre_groove | on | Middle layer smaller so an O-ring or rubber band can sit in it as a tyre (3 layers). |
Groove depthgroove_depth | 1.5 mm | From 0.5 to 5 mm. |
Hub spacerhub_spacer | on | Small ring between wheel and body: less friction than the whole wheel face. |
| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
Axle rod diameterrod_diameter | 3 mm | Measured diameter of the steel rod. From 1 to 10 mm. |
Press-fit hole offsetpress_fit | -0.1 mm | Wheel hole = rod + this. Find it with the fit-test hole strip. From -1 to 1 mm. |
Running-fit hole offsetrunning_fit | 0.15 mm | Bearing hole = rod + this. Find it with the fit-test hole strip. From -0.5 to 1 mm. |
Bearing pads per sidebearing_pads | 1 | Plates glued inside each side around the axle hole: longer bearing, less wobble. From 0 to 2. |
| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
Side rimrim | 2 mm | How far the side plates stand out beyond the body panels. From 1.5 to 10 mm. |
Corner radiuscorner_radius | 1.5 mm | Rounds the outer corners of the side plates (no sharp points on a toy). From 0 to 10 mm. |
Windowswindows | engrave | Options: engrave, cut, none. |
Engraved detailsdetails | on | Doors, wheel arches, lights, grille. |
| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
Tow hitch at the rearrear_hitch | on | Peg on a tongue behind the vehicle; a trailer's drawbar ring drops over it. |
Hitch heighthitch_height | 8 mm | Top of the tongue above the ground. Use the same value (and sheet) for everything that should couple: it fixes the floor height. From 4 to 40 mm. |
Trailer support footsupport_foot | on | Trailers: a small foot under the front so an unhitched trailer stands nearly level. |
Plus the material and machine settings every generator has: material thickness, kerf, slot clearance, sheet width, sheet height, part spacing, engrave part labels, cut line colour, engrave line colour.
ProA tipper with a rock body that tips back on a hinge and a hitch for trailers.
ProA crane that really lifts: turn the crank to wind the hook up, a ratchet holds it.
Cut it once per material and know your clearances before cutting a whole project.
