Refund policy
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- 14-day no-questions refund. You can get a full refund of any Pro purchase within 14 days of buying it, or within 14 days of a yearly subscription renewing, whether or not you used it.
- How: request it at paddle.net (find your order by email), or email [email protected] and we'll pass it to Paddle.
- When: the money goes back to your original payment method within 14 days. Pro access ends when the refund is made.
- Cancelling a subscription (monthly or yearly) stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Periods already started are not refunded after the 14 days, except where the law or our Terms say otherwise.
- EU and UK consumers also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days; the policy above covers it.
Full terms: Terms of Service, section 11.
Zwroty
Proces zamówienia prowadzi nasz sprzedawca internetowy Paddle.com. Paddle.com jest sprzedawcą (merchant of record) wszystkich naszych zamówień, obsługuje zapytania klientów dotyczące płatności i zwroty.
Dostęp do Planu Pro wygasa z chwilą zwrotu.
- Anulowanie subskrypcji zatrzymuje kolejne odnowienia; Plan Pro działa do końca opłaconego okresu.
